My name is Becky and joined Kelvedon Dental Centre in 1996.

 

At first a trainee nurse, who after qualifying , moved to the front desk. I had always enjoyed my job where getting to know our patients and their families is and has always been my favourite part.

​

Our practice has built itself over the years on a close staff/patient relationship. I would like to think that our caring environment works both ways.

I am proud to know that as a practice manager I can make make sure that we deliver the highest level of customer service that our patients have come to expect. As a team, we are very thankful for all the positive feedback we are receiving.

 

I have continued to develop my professional learning (including the mandatory annual CPD hours)and  have over time gained a plethora of skills in various areas of patient care.

I believe this is the core of the strong foundation our practice is build on.

Outside of work, my wonderful family and I have just moved house which I am really excited about.

I also love singing and have been known to take to the microphone should an opportunity arise.
